Laser therapy is scientifically well documented.
There are more than 120 double-blind positive studies confirming
the clinical effect of laser therapy (also called low level laser
therapy). More than 2,500 research reports are published. The research
on dental applications alone (370 studies) demonstrates the clinical
value of laser therapy in more than 90% of these studies.
Therapeutic lasers have been used in Canada, Europe,
Asia, & Australia for many years. Only recently were these devices
cleared by the FDA for clinical use in the USA. Today, North American
users can benefit greatly by the recent technological advancements
in increased diode powers and reliable electronics.
The book Laser
Therapy - Clinical Practice and Scientific Background
written by Jan Tuner and Lars Hode is the best reference guide for
research documentation. The book is included with all of our laser
purchases free of charge.
